"Perfect affordable getaway, a little drive from the main city but the pleasure of nature and quiet."

Loved the privacy of our own entrance/parking and yard. Enjoyed the beautiful flowers out the front and all the butterfly’s that you could see from the deck. Everything was super clean and accomodating.

Fabulous place and would loooooove to go back with our dog! Amazing and accomodating host. Cheese board and bubbly on arrival which was lovely. The cottage is really cute and very well equipped with anything you need for a comfortable stay, such as a well equipped kitchen, wifi, BBQ, etc. Both my husband and I were working remotely from here and had enough space and privacy for both of us to be on Zoom calls while not interrupting each other which was great. Very close to Hobart and some local restaurants and shops. However the real highlight for us was to be able to securely let our dog run and explore the huge fenced property off leash!! Our dog has no recall whatsoever so it was such a treat to be able to give him freedom to explore, run and chase some critters safely, and he definitely had so much fun doing so! The area is huge with many trees, birds and rabitts to chase :) Of course this will depend on your dog however if they don't dig and they don't jump over the fence, then the property is very secure for them to explore off leash. This was certainely a highlight of our stay and would love to stay again if we are fortunate enough to travel again to Tasmania!

Everything!! I loved how accomadating Hazel was with us. I love that we could have our kitty and doggo with us 🙃 whatever we needed it was there, and if it wasn't it was made available!! Peaceful and quiet, looke of great scenery and hearing the wildlife at night is quite beautiful. Will definitely go back and I highly recommend
