This villa has everything! Also very fast responses from owners when had queries. Away from hustle and bustle but taxis very cheap. Most definitely worth a visit 😀😀

The pictures do not do the villa justice. Additional helpful touches like bread, eggs, fruit, butter and jam along with tea and coffee were most welcome after our long journey. Spotlessly clean.

Slight downside was that the villa was a little far out. But we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside. And using the BOLT app, we were never further than 30 minutes from the centre of the old town.

Great location

The location was quiet. The Vila was exceptional and very well laid out. It had everything we needed and more. The swimming pool was great and the outdoor sitting area.

The pillows were uncomfy.

had a cat as a lodger when we arrived it was inside the house when we opened the door and took 3 or 4 days for it to leave the property, my daughter is allergic to cats was a big no no to have to pay 250 euro for hot tub for the week, it should have been included in the price Not being allowed to put toilet paper in the loo was not a great thing either

The pool being heated is brilliant it takes that uncomfortable freeze feeling getting in , was absolutely lovely using this daily cool and refreshing. We come Portugal 4-5 times a year staying a various villas and this is the best we’ve found. Loved every second of it

It’s hard to have any negative views on this property

Everything that was good about this property has been cancelled out by how the owners have completely scammed us out of our deposit

Anyone considering to stay at this property should think again. We were asked to pay a deposit of €1000 which we did with no problems. We were completely respectful of the property for our entire stay, keeping it clean and taking care not to break or damage anything. We informed the owners that one of the sun loungers had ripped simply from one of us sitting down on it (was obviously faulty before we arrived). This was the only thing that was damaged during our stay. Now that we’ve arrived home I have contacted them about returning our deposit, and the reply I have received is absolutely ridiculous. They are trying to claim that the property has been so badly damaged that it has amounted to costs of over €1000 euro, sending pictures to us of chips on a wall outside that was already damaged which we have video evidence of. Claiming that we have broken ping pong bats that were never damaged once and sending us pictures of tiny miniscule stains on a mattress that could be taken away with a baby wipe. Have a feeling that there was never any plan to return our deposit at all, and that it’s just a scam to get more money out of guests. While it may look like a nice villa I advise anyone considering to stay here to look elsewhere!
