Beautifully maintained, large spacious villa with gorgeous views of sunset. Great pool. Rooms are large and comfortable each with an ensuite. Staff were lovely and accommodating with rooms cleaned daily. Meals prepared whenever we asked and were delicious. A large drinks fridge and facilities included toaster, microwave and kettle. Large table for meals and lots of nooks as well as two large living areas. Smart TVs if you want to watch anything. There’s a few restaurants nearby and it’s easy to get meals delivered on Grab too. It’s quiet and away from the loud traffic.

It’s a bit out of the way. The beach is a 20 minute walk and not very swimming friendly.

"Not as advertised on location and proximity"

Spacious home amd great staff managing the property.

The location was way off what we expected. Showers and water pressure very bad, aircons in some rooms need servicing, need proper ceiling fans in living areas. Description in booking.com says beach front and sea views but none at all and the closest beach is 5-7 mins away by motorbike. Location says Jimbaran but actually its in Pecatu which is 45 mins by road to actual Jimbaran. Property is far in a remote village setting and roads are not good. Not a great choice especially after we had come from another villa that was top notch in Ubud.

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location. We were a party of 10 with small children. The service was excellent and always with a smile. The simple breakfast was a nice touch, with some bread and an assortment of fruits ready for us every morning. We could also order some other dishes at a reasonable price. The kids loved the pool and we liked that it was securely locked behind a kid proof gate (important consideration for parents). Balangan beach was nearby and we had a nice meal at Jimmy's restaurant.

The place was a bit out of the way but we made use of the car from the villa so it was not a big issue.
