駅、ビーチ、コンビニが近く、立地が良かった。

ひと通りの設備ができており良かった。

少し部屋が汚れていた。

鴨川食堂を経営していご夫婦が感じが良くて快適に過ごさせていただきました！ 夜ご飯を注文したら部屋まで運んでくれて非常感謝です！ そしてすべての料理が真好吃でした！

目の前が海で、近くにコンビニもあり、駐車場も確保されていてバツグンの立地でした。建物は新しくはありませんが、きれいに手入れされていました。下がお店なので、音が心配でしたが、波の音と電車の音が聴こえるぐらいで、特に問題ありません。和室が12畳と8畳が続き間になっていて、贅沢な旅館な一室のようでした。食堂の料理も本場中国の味がしておいしかったです。入口が店内なので夜出入りする方は確認を。

特にマイナスになる要素ではありませんが、調理器具と食器は他のVillaと比較して少なめでした。 自然に囲まれているのでベランダの虫はいたしかたないですが、苦手な方は気をつけてください。

The restaurant has great food and the views of the bay from the apartment above are really good.

We have no complaints about the property.

Spacious living room and bedroom with tatami mats, glass doors and windows with beach views, big-ish shower room with a bath, pet-friendly, plenty of parking space, two convenience stores within a 5-min walk and a restaurant downstairs.

A whole apartment with two tatami rooms and a small kitchen. Sea view. Handy Chinese restaurant downstairs. The Lawson next door. Attractive traditional Japanese interior. Good location to explore the lakes and mountains of the Chiba inland area.

It was hard to find and check-in was people- free and confusing. There was little equipment in the kitchen and we had to use cups from the bathroom. The road was noisy. The longest 'welcome' email I have ever received threatening all kinds of penalties for breaking the complex rules.
