NEW VILLA DAVID, WI-FI, IPTV, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms

Ivan oli mukava majoittaja, joka halusi että viihdymme hänen villassaan. Tilat olivat modernit ja viihtyisät. Allas oli erinoimainen ja tykkäsimme viettää ulkona aikaa.

Erillinen sisäänkäynti yläkerran majoitustiloihin oli asia mistä emme niin pitänyt mutta pystyimme elämään sen kanssa.

Great location and pool. Well equipped kitchen, lots of pool towels as extras which was great. Plenty of toilet paper, bedding, cleaning products etc.

Bedroom set up was not as described - rather than a 5 bed villa it was a 3 bed house plus a 2 bed apartment with a separate entrance. This caused us some difficulties due to the ages of our children, sleeping arrangements were an issue to figure out. We managed to make it work but it wasn’t what we expected based on the listing details.

This villa was very clean, the location was good it is a €20 uber from main town of split and has local restaurants that are 10 minute walk down to the port. This villa was spacious and looked good. Bcool was a good restaurant 10 minute walk, 2 supermarkets 5 minutes away. Perfect for our group of 8!

There was slight lack of necessities, bin bags and toilet roll not provided.

The house worked very well for us, we especially liked the living/kitchen/dining area leading out to the pool as this was great for our family. There are supermarkets within walking distance and the coast is also easy to get to. The pool area is good, it has awnings to provide shade and a large table where we ate each night. Ivan responded quickly to messages.

The Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss in some parts of the house, especially the top floor apartment. The town is in the vicinity of the airport, not a problem for us but worth mentioning.

The house was very nice, the pool was an outstanding part. Communication with the owner of the house was very easy and pleasant.

Friendly, helpful owner that comes to check on the pool regularly. Complete kitchen, comfortable living room, modern AC in every room. Spacious terrace. Supermarkt (by car) and beach bar / restaurant (by foot) close by.

Modern house, well kept small garden but mediocre surroundings.
