Location great and the layout of the villa was good. Lots of space - cool design - privacy - great kitchen layout.

1. Needs a bit of a refurb - things are getting old. 2. The wood decking around the pool is incredibly warped and tiles are missing in the pool. 3. Don’t know what is happening with h the r floor underneath the two toilets upstairs but you feel like you are going to fall straight through the floor - they sink literally. 4. First night our sheets were so old they were all torn - not pleasant. 5. Bathrooms and kitchen need a deep clean.

It was a great location, a nice central spot. The pool temperature was perfect. The housekeeper was lovely.

It could do with an extra fan or two downstairs. There is some Maintenence needed on the property, the floors in the bathrooms and the decking is needing replacement.

The greeting once we found the villa was lovely our flight was delayed so we didn’t get to our villa until 130am. We paid for a full day that we didn’t use because of the delay and the villa couldn’t accomodate a late checkout even though it was asked prior. So we had to pay a driver to have our luggage until our flights in the eve

Hard to find without a driver no way we could have found it. And the extra day we paid for but got not use out of was upsetting especially when it was the flight that was delayed

Great pool and spacious outdoor area Pool area is private with no one able to look in

The outdoor area could use a ceiling fun or two Only one pedestal fan for entire space In amongst other villas and one group was quite noisy Not much can do about that

Really nice place. Got everything you need and it’s big enough for 4 people

The power on the tab in the bathroom and the rain shower head was not so strong. Also there was coming in mosquitoes in the bathroom because there was a small opening they could go through

Excellent villa, great stay! Loved the pool and open living area. Size of villa perfect for a family. Helpful staff!

N/A - just hard to find at first in a grab, best to get dropped off at main road and walk the rest.
