Vila Barović - Kolasin

The villa and garden are quiet and spacious, comfortable and have everything you need to feel at home away from home.

Everything was ok

This private house is a very comfortable stay for a family. Its nicely designed and has a big grass outside. The washing Machine is a bonus and the women who greeted us was very nice though she didnt speak any English. The kitchen is well equipped with almost everything you need as a family

Making the Big Heater that runs from the kitchen area into all of the rooms and makes the house warm, is not intuitive and actually didnt work starting the middle of our stay. Better explanation on how to operate it would be helpful. Meeting someome who speaks English is important or atleast to back it up with someome who does speak English (we spoke with the owner over the phone and he didnt speak almost any English). Moreover, we found some trash in the apartment upon our arrival and a Kettle in the kitchen is missing. No place to hang towels in the kitchen or in the toilets Some practical problems like those need to be addressed when hosting people coming from abroad We were asked to pay more money as "registration fees" but that never appeared anywhere along the reservation process so we politely declined and the issue never re-surfaced. All in all, we were pleased with our stay

The house was super clean and Radmila did her utmost to welcome us. The house is very well equipped and has plenty of room for a family of five. The interior is also stylish and pretty, albeit not entirely finished for some details.

It's probably a work in progress; some electric wiring was hanging from the ceiling or walls here and there. If anything, we'd appreciated some personal communication with the owners, who made no attempt to make us feel welcome or to check in with us to see if all was fine.
