"We would not come back to this particular villa but Sanur was beautiful."

The location was good.

Out of the four bedrooms there was only three used because the mattress was horrible and that room smelt. I’m not sure what they renovated but it certainly wasn’t all of it. Also beware that they ask for a bond payment and they tried to charge us for “stains” on sheets.

Looked like photos

Staff weren’t very helpful and didn’t listen to what we were asking. Got a few stains on our sheets and charged us even after giving our deposit back. Hard to locate on maps also

"AMAZING VILLA!! staff were absolutely amazing too!"

The property was very spacious. A quiet area, family friendly and the staff were immaculate. Check in was a breeze. Communication with staff was excellent. The Villa staff recommended activities for us on days we had nothing booked. organised a floating breakfast for the 6 of us and it did not disappoint. Bed's were comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

Great family facilities and with each rooms shower etc facilities, it also provided privacy for down time

Restaurant, shopping and bar facilities were very limited in the vicinity. You needed taxi transport to go to restaurants, beach etc
