Everything! Great location! Amazing facilities! Gorgeous inviting pool that we fully utilised. The manager was very helpful and always responded immediately.

Close to everything including beach and restaurants. Tastefully decorated……pretty much everything thought of, including umbrellas, which lucky we never needed.

The only nit picking thing I would mention and not sure if it is was it is or it can be fixed is the pressure of the water in the shower upstairs. Beautiful huge showers with huge rain shower heads but water was pulsating with not much pressure. Otherwise amazingly spacious….

"Beautiful villa close to the beach at Seminyak"

The villa is ideally located just a 5 min stroll to the beach. The services provided by the villa staff are excellent. Mega and Mila served us a great breakfast every morning and on arrival the fridge was stocked with some essentials, a great welcome.

"Superb"

The villa was beautiful and very clean. The temperature was nice in the common area, and there were beach towels to use. Even thought it was an open space, there weren't many bugs and the villa was well stocked on mosqiito repellents and first aid kit. There are also blinds to close off the living space at night. The bathrooms were very big and the entire facility was comfortable. There is a TV and good internet. Everything is well stocked and the furniture was nice. The kitchen, fridge and other facilities were good too. If you want to cook, you can comfortably do so. Great value for the price!

There was a bat that came in at night twice when we left the villa. But when we came back it flew away. I recommend keeping the blinds down and lights on if leaving at night. A nearby mango tree seems to attract the bat. But it didn't cause any trouble.
