"Absolutely filthy."

The location was great.

The property was absolutely filthy. Upon arrival there were lumps of food all over the rug. The coffee table was sticky and littered with food crumbs. The sofas were grubby, stained and had hair on them. Open milk in the fridge, cracked mirrors and cobwebs everywhere and there was thick dust on the log burner. My one year olds feet were black from crawling around after 10 minutes. I had been in contact with the owner during the day and once I had arrived I expressed my concerns on the cleanliness and provided photos and they did not reply.
