Calming to relax

Loved the back area although all lights not working.

Could have been cleaner. House is old so some wear and tear. But cobwebs and floor grot present

Needed a thorough clean. Vacated shortly after arriving.

Location. Suited us for the duration. Bed comfortable too.

Doona was too hot and sheet not warm enough. Really needed a blanket for in between weather. The shower head was leaking but it did not worry us but you may not know ow about it

Could have been cleaner, the shower head leaks out the top needs fixing nice out door area to sit.

Great value and location. Host was accommodating in leaving keys as I arrive early hours of the morning.

It was cheap and allowed pets in a safe backyard.

The fridge was barely working. The kitchen and bathroom were patched together, kitchen with sticky tape. Bathroom old, shower head broken. Sink very old and marked. Even some coffee cups so old and chipped. Dust in corners. Lawn and gardens not well kept or neat. Ps- the property has a lot of potential. It needs some work, but could be a lovely place to stay. It needs some money, time and effort put into it to bring it back to a good level of maintenance.

Were it was and ideally what we wanted for a short stay and be returning when in Perth
