Beach Villa Costanera in Marbella

Great location, lovely pool and garden area. Kitchen very well supplied with everything you need.

The extra bedroom upstairs is only accessible through the main bedroom and doesn’t have air conditioning, it’s more of a sun room with a bed in it so we didn’t use it in the end, I feel this should be made clearer or the room should be upgraded. Everything else was great.

Fantastic house, great pool and garden. This place is even better than the amazing pictures you see. Close to the ocean and oceanview from the house.

The location of the villa is perfect in walking distance to the beach and beautiful restaurants close.

The property is very tired, musky, damp and should not be let out in the winter months. The heating system is controlled by the owner remotely, upon arrival the villa was absolutely freezing cold. Upon contacting booking . Com they advised that the owner would put the heating on. We vacated the property by 10.30pm as the children were so cold. Upon return to the villa the owner controlled the heating on an app each night as to when the heating would be turned on. We requested a refund for the first nights stay and finally got a response on our final evening, the owner offered a voucher to return to the villa. We would never return back to the villa and still awaiting our refund which head office at booking . Com are now dealing with. The owner is very difficult to deal with, rude, patronising and damp right disrespectful

Beautiful home! Clean, comfortable, amazing pool and garden, best location (walking to the beach). Good communication and instructions from host. We would love to come again!

This is a beautiful villa with plenty of space . Children called it Enchanto . It’s a short walk from the beach .The pool was lovely and the area was quiet . There is a balcony and a roof top area . Everything you need is there . We didn’t move from the location except for one trip to Marbella as the villa and beach were both so lovely .

Only one small criticism . Bedroom 5 did not have air con only a fan and got very hot but don’t let this put you off as this is an excellent villa and holiday and I would go back again .
