"Perfect for family and group of friends!"

Property has a great location. Close to smaller beaches and bigger resorts like Zaton. However, also excellent if you want to stay in the apartment and cool off in the pool

All was great, nothing to complain about.

"Careless holidays in luxury? Choose Villa Valentia!"

Villa Valentina is what you can expect in this pricerange! Warm welcome by the host and each and every room spec clean! The garden and the pool are large enough, we spend quiet some time here! Also the location , short driving distance to Zadar and a small walk to the local beach. Kitchen fully equiped and all appliances available.

Personally I'm not too keen on artifial grass in the garden, but understandable as it is easy to maintain! Measured a wifi speed of around 50mb/sec.

"All in all nice stay! Don’t recommed if privacy is important to you"

The house was beautiful! Very mindfully furnished and lovely decorated. The garden is bigger than we expected and the pool is also quite big. Everything was super clean including the pool. There was enough parking space for our 2 cars. The host was very friendly and there to help when something was not working.

There are 3 cameras installed for security purposes. One camera directly points at the back garden. Although we kind of unterstand that it is useful to have cameras we did not really feel comfortable knowing that we could be watched 24/7. Also we would have appreciated a little more respect for our privacy from the host. Sometimes she just showed up out of nowhere and let herself in. No knocking, no ringing the doorbell, not even a text beforehand. This made us feel a little uncomfortable. Especially on our last day. Check out was at 10:00am but she already came at around 8:00am to start cleaning while we were having breakfast. A short text beforehand to let us know she was coming by earlier would have been totally sufficient.

"the house is ideal for a family of four looking for a good beach break."

it is a lovely villa, beautifully decorated, with a great pool. it is well equipped and the owner is very welcoming. location is really good for driving to queen’s beach, .. you can also walk there if it is not too hot.

it is overlooked by some houses at the bottom of the garden.
