A huge thank you to our host Andreas - the best host I have ever had. An extremely kind, helpful and generous person who without his generosity, we'd have been completely stranded due to our flight cancellation! We required his help a couple of times - from guidance regarding a tripped fuse, to personally installing replacement sunbed lining (in the middle of a 40 degree heatwave at 12pm!) Finally and most crucially, he'd allowed us a late checkout (as the villa was available). However, our flight was cancelled at short notice (in the early hours) and we were stranded with no accommodation - it was a bank holiday in Cyprus and even the airline were struggling to find somewhere for the package customers to stay! We texted Andreas and asked if we could stay at the villa, offering to reimburse the cost. Andreas said he hoped we were safe and could use the villa if we still needed it. To our amazement, he said there was no need to reimburse him and could stay the entirety of the next day until we needed to get to the airport again. We could not believe it, and words cannot do justice to what Andreas did for us there, as well as ringing Larnaca Airport and taxis too. A huge thank you!!! As for the villa itself, it's about a 15-20 minute walk away from the Protaras strip, just past the Elias Church (well worth a walk up) and the Sandwich Kiosk. The villa has 3 bedrooms with wardrobe space, coat hangers and air con in all rooms and 2 bathrooms with great water pressure and hot water in both. The pool area is really well kept, spacious and perhaps even more spacious than the pictures suggest. 6 sunbeds available and the pool is serviced. The kitchen has all cutlery, pots, plates, glasses, pans etc available. Andreas also left a few essentials for us in the fridge for our arrival! Such a fantastic stay and we can't wait to be back hopefully soon - thank you Andreas 😊

The villa is in a great location, on a very quiet street and excellent outside space and pool/patio very private. The host Andreas was very helpful with any queries, always responded immediately via WhatsApp, so communication was exceptional. My wife and I had a fab time, thank you, I'm sure we'll return.

Our only criticism, was that there was no information booklet with house rules, instructions to use electrical goods etc but as we were reminded by the host it is all done via WhatsApp communication. So be mindful, any issues or advice how to use something, you need to correspond via WhatsApp. We have stayed in many villas over the years and the majority have provided information booklets.

Everything from the moment I booked was fantastic!! Andreas was in contact from the moment I booked to the end of my stay to make sure everything was ok. This was by far my best experience staying in a villa for a holiday. I will definitely be returning again. Thank you Cy-Blue and thank you Andreas.

One of the nicest places we've stayed at so far! It was spotlessly clean, the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with all which you might needed and the pool was also great. The welcoming basket was really appreciated, thank you! The communication with the host was also perfect, thank you Andreas! The location is very good, in a quiet and safe area, but a car is preferred if you want to get faster to the beach or city (5-10 mins). There is a very big supermarket (Sklavenitis) at 10-15 mins driving in Paralimni where you can find everything you need and also a Lidl at 5 mins driving. Ayia Napa is reachable in 15 mins by car. All in one, it's a place to return.

The villa was in a good location. It was very well equipped, felt like home from home. The host offered great communication throughout our stay. The welcome pack of water, bread etc was really appreciated

Everything was excellent and Andreas was amazing, nothing was a hassle. Couldn't recommend this place enough.. perfect for our family stay. The outdoor living space was great to sit and relax all day and in the evenings when the kids went to bed..and less than 1km from main strip but still quiet.. Will definitely be back..

The Villa was excellent and provided everything I wanted and more. The welcome pack was exceptional, and the owner stayed in contact at all times. The pool was larger than expected and maintained during my stay.
