Villa Marina

The Villa was amazing. The location is great with nice little bars and restaurants round the corner. It's a short drive or walk to local beaches and restaurants.

Nothing.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the villa, just a couple of points as feedback in case these have not been previously mentioned. The barbecue was tatty and unusable There was a couple of cockroaches not sure if there has been a previous problem which may not have been completely resolved The frying pans in the kitchen were not useable as supposed to be non stick but everything stuck even with use of oil. Lack of shelves in oven to enable multiple items to be cooked at one time. Some of soft furnishings was tired appreciate that this can be the case in rental properties. Please note that this would not deter us from rebooking again.

What a lovely villa. Accurate photos described it perfectly. Nice and clean and modern. Plenty of little shops and restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely return. Can't fault it.

Couldn't find the safe key for a few days, maybe provide info about it

The location was ideal. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants but also a short drive to Nissi beach, Protaras and lots of other beautiful beaches. Potty, cot and z bed provided for young children to cater for all your sleeping needs. The property management company were always very responsive.

The property is looking tired and no longer looks like the photos. Lots of dirt scuffs on all the walls. Dining furniture is damaged and needs a clean underneath the glass. There were no instruction manual in the property only an emergency contact number for the owner. I had to message the management company to ask where to put the bins. No tea towels or dustpan provided. These were finally left after asking and once the cleaner had been halfway through out stay. I also had to message about the pool filter which we noticed stoped working and then wasn’t fixed until the day before we were leaving. I messaged again as you could clearly see it hadn’t been fixed as the water was murky and unclean. There was also a lot of dirt underneath the sofas and the cleaners only did the upstairs when the came halfway through our two week stay. You have to be very mindful if you have small children. The dining furniture and living room furniture all have very sharp edges. The outside of the pool is also very slippery when wet. The darker tiles immediately around the pool are ok.

Everything was good. A clean and sunny villa. Rooms are very good. Kitchen also is very good, and occupied well. Barbecue is.

Need to be more toilet paper. Not working lights near pool and outdoor doors lights.

Was ideal for what we needed for a few days. Close to shops and restaurants Plenty of space

Few bits missing that could be there as standard items - broom, tea towels etc. Outside lights not working which left it very dark when coming back to the villa in the evening.
