Holiday Home Rosko

Maison : très agréable maison de vacances, très confortable, très bien équipée. Nada et Ante sont des hôtes incroyables ! Des attentions à l’arrivée, pendant le séjour, des cadeaux à notre départ, la possibilité de se servir dans leur potager. Petit village très calme à 5 minutes de l’autoroute. Merci à vous deux pour votre gentillesse, vos conseils et votre générosité !

The hosts were lovely, met us at the property and gave us the run-down of how everything worked. They left enough food and a few drinks to get us through the first night and we had access to the kitchen garden for peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, chillies & herbs. There was a fig tree, lime tree - all fully loaded and ready to pick. The property had everything you could wish for for a self catering holiday. The pool was AMAZING, clean half way through by Ante. He also retsocked us with home preserved olives. Location wise it was perfect - 10 mins by car from Skradin, 5 mins from a secluded swimming spot (with locals only, we were the only tourists). 40 Min drive to Sibenik for proper tourist beaches and the Aqua park (which was a bog hit with our kiddos). Smaller supermarkets oin Skradin (recommend Tommy). Honestly, if Rosko is on your shortlist - get it booked up before someone else does. It was Perfect - so many happy memories made. On departure - Ante came again to make sure we were all OK. Lovely people.

Holiday Home Rosko is a quiet and cosy place to feel well with family or friends. The Hosts a one of the most friendly, helpful and welcoming Hosts we ever had. Thank you for enjoiing all the fruits of your garden! We got a very warm welcome und a unbelievable full filled fridge including a cold beer! For Guests who wants to cook by themselves its fully equipped, clean, functional, top-welcoming barbecue-place and a big desk outside where whole family can sit and eat together! Holidy Home Rosko is a pretty comfortable, cosy, quiet and friendly place in Croatia, not far away from interesting spots like Skradin, KrK Waterfalls or Sibenik right on the Sea!

Quel bonheur! Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Nada et Ante qui ont été tres attentionnés. Nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée un frigo plein et une réserve alimentaire!!! Cette maison est extrêmement agréable, paisible, confortable et entièrement climatisée. Rien ne manque! Surprise, il y avait un nouveau salon de jardin très agréable qui n'était pas sur les photos! La cuisine (gris foncé) a été remplacée par rapport aux photos et est très bien équipée, tout y est! Les chambres sont dans une annexe qui donne sur la piscine. Il y a 2 chambres et une salle de bain par étage. C'était parfait pour notre groupe car ça offrait 2 espaces privés à nos 2 familles. Il y a une grande terrasse couverte avec un barbecue, parfaite en tout temps. Nous avons eu le plaisir de pouvoir recolter nos fruits et légumes dans le potager (Aubergines, concombres, tomates, poivrons...) C'était génial et délicieux. Il y a possibilité de garer 2 voitures dans la propriété. La maison est située dans un village rural avec accès rapide vers l'autoroute. C'est donc la déconnexion totale, pas de nuisances sonores, pas de circulation de voitures devant la maison mais plutôt des poules et des moutons qui se promenent dans les rues. 😍 La situation est centrale. Zadar et Split. (+/-1h). Plitvice +/-2h. Trogir, Primosten, Vodice, Skradin, Sibenik sont entre 25min et 50min. Les déplacements sont agréables et offrent de superbes vues sur la région et la côte.

Lovely property and excellent facilities. Hosts were amazing and generous. Lovely hamper on arrival and some extra goodies appeared on pool cleaning day, and when we left. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. There's a veg garden that you can help yourself to. Great pool, outside kitchen. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. Honestly, I couldn't fault the property or hosts. Would highly recommend.

Amazing villa. The pool is beautiful and there are great outdoor seating areas. Lovely hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and invited us to use the delicious fresh figs and tomatoes in the garden. A well equipped, comfortable and clean property. Would happily recommend or stay there again! Krka is stunning but make sure to visit at 8am before it gets stupidly busy.

The property and hosts are superb. Location is quite far from the town so quite a lot of driving. We found Croatia in general and local supermarkets in particular very expensive. But if you’ve decided on Croatia and Skradin book this villa!

Awesome holidays house! Idealy for families! Between Split and Zadar, 5 minutes by cars from Skradin where you can take the boat to Krka's waterfall. The house has everything do you need, from breakfast to the dinner, there is a garden where you can pick up tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, herbs for cooking..., every room has air conditionner. Possibility to have a baby bed and chair when you ask. We spent really nice holidays! Thanks Rosko family for everything, we will never forget your warm welcoming! We can only recommend!
