The view overlooking the seaside was fantastic. The house was well kept and well appointed with new AC which was a huge bonus!

The communication about the status of facilities was lacking. For example, guests not familiar with the area should be informed about the tap water is not drinkable and that the trail to the house and the town center is rough.

Amazing view on the Pecorini beach. The villa has several terraces to relax and look at the landscape. Everything looks fresh and well thought. A place to come back to!

Villa Vista Mare a Filicudi was gorgeous. The owners were helpful and quick to respond and the view - garden and sea - could not have been more perfect. The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was generously stocked with the essentials (olive oil, salt, coffee, etc.). I hope to stay there again soon!

Incredible views. Spacious for two people. Quiet.

Some annoying minor issues. The Wi-Fi and gas didn’t work. Rather annoyingly the cleaners arrived at 08:15 even though the check out time was 10:00 and waited as we packed and got out of their way. The path to the beach is extremely steep and badly paved, so not suitable for anyone with any kind of mobility issues.
