Vila Balaia - Luxury Boutique Villas

Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und trifft genau meinen Geschmack. Cláudia, die Gastgeberin war super nett und immer erreichbar. Die Terrasse ist schön angelegt mit Pflanzen, dort konnten wir gemütlich Frühstücken. Es gab zudem eine Waschmaschine, mit Waschmittel. Geräumige Küche. Alles sehr sauber.

This is a lovely, comfortable and fully equipped villa. It is definitely luxury and in a very peaceful location but just a short taxi ride from a variety of bars and restaurants. There is a big supermarket just 10 minutes walk away. There is a lovely private shared pool just outside the villa with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and day beds. Claudia the host is brilliant and provides all the information you need to make your stay special and she is very quick to respond to any query’s. Her restaurant recommendations were super. The bed in the villa was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with a great shower. I particularly liked the washing machine and dishwasher with the wash tablets provided. Will definitely return again.

Nothing, just a slight problem once with the taxi not quite getting the correct location.

Very modern, clean comfortable, well equipped, very well maintained garden and pool area

Our accommodation was very clean and nicely decorated. The layout of the small number of bungalows is lovely, each is quite private but all open up to a nice outdoor eating area and then on to the communal pool. The pool was lovely, lots of sun beds with comfortable mattress, never full and plenty of large umbrellas. The apartment came with helpful things such as dishwasher and washing machine tablets, loo roll, a small amount of better, bread , fruit and milk so no need to run straight to the supermarket which we appreciated. The host Claudia was very helpful. Met us at the property. Showed us how everything worked and provided lots of good recommendations. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay. Well located in the outskirts of Albufiera.

Nothing, it was perfect for us.

The Villa has very high design standards and high-quality furnishings. It was very comfortable, clean, well-maintained, with a full inventory. Claudia and the other staff are very friendly and helpful. The gardens are lush and well-maintained. The location is quiet and a very good base for beach and day trips. It was a pleasure to meet the owner, Joao, who explained more about the condominium and the locality. I look forward to returning in future.

It was all excellent!

Absolutely stunning and incredible stay. One of the most relaxing times of our life. Spent 10 days in this oasis, which is so incredibly calm, beautiful swimming pool which is clean and great temperature, loungers incredibly comfy and high quality. The villas are nothing short of A class. Exactly what you’d expect from a top tier 5 star resort, matching the likes of ritz Carlton or four seasons - Sony TV, great showers, and fully equipped. Claudia the host was exceptional. Incredibly welcoming, professional and well presented. Always wanted to help and made us feel like we wanted to return for her alone!

The only negative comments, and this is being super picky, would be the one cockroach in our sink (expected in Portugal), the ants that were all throughout our kitchen one day (which was resolved immediately upon reporting, and the dirty toothbrush cups left in the bathroom upon arrival. Also a couple of the sun lounger beds may need servicing soon, and could do with a public bin by the pool.

Amazing, excedeed all our expectations- autentic, new, privat. We will come back for sure
