Villa molto bella e davvero spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Dispone di una tettoia per pranzare all’aperto, piscina con sdraio, e bagni ampi. È molto godibile e comoda: vicina a tutto, con parcheggio, al centro città e alle spiagge. area esterna con piscina veramente molto curata

Siamo stati in 8 persone e il divano letto non è stato molto comodo, inoltre chi dormiva in sala era disturbato dal sole al mattino; sarebbe utile prevedere oscuranti elettrici. Talvolta aprendo la tapparella di una camera si muovevano anche quelle delle altre stanze, probabilmente per un piccolo problema dell’impianto. Nonostante questi dettagli, la casa resta comunque confortevole e funzionale.

We stayed here as a larger group and really appreciated the great location – it's in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to everything we needed. The property itself is very spacious, which made it comfortable and ideal for a group stay.

Overall,the space and location were great,but some attention to detail and guest support would make a big difference.The hot tub wasn’t working properly – the temperature was too low and the bubbles were weak.We contacted the supposedly 24/7 concierge, but they didn’t answer our call and only replied to our message several hours later.While they mentioned that maintenance came,we didn’t notice any improvement. There were also a lot of complicated instructions for how to use various things in the house,yet oddly no guidance for the hot tub.On top of that,the upstairs terrace is underutilised – there’s no furniture or even chairs,so you can’t actually enjoy the space.I understand that the sun is there only in the mornings but it could actually be a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or have a glass of wine in the evening. One particularly frustrating aspect was the lack of basic necessities – there were no extra toilet paper rolls or even trash bags provided.Yet,the expectation is to leave the property clean and tidy, which feels a bit unreasonable when those essentials aren’t supplied. For the price we paid – and with a very high security deposit – I would expect a much better level of service. I understand it’s not a hotel, but there should still be a basic standard of guest care and comfort. EDIT:Hosts' reply unfortunately highlights the poor customer service we experienced.Rather than acknowledging valid feedback,your reply is passive-aggressive and deflects responsibility by blaming guests-a pattern we’ve noticed in other reviews as well.We did not change the hot tub settings.We used it on the second night, found it set at 34°C,and reported the issue the following day.Your claim that we ignored messages is simply false-we received no proactive check-in from you,and we have screenshots to prove it.Communication from the concierge was slow and unhelpful;we had to chase for updates.We provided honest,constructive feedback.It’s a shame it was met with denial.

No furniture on upstairs sun terrace

Great place to stay and very near to the old town. Very clean and had everything you could need. Hot tub and outside space was amazing. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely lovely house. Was very clean and was perfect for our needs.

The property is big. And close to the centre with a 300 metre walk to the centre.

There were multiple faults in the apartment and we were very unhappy that the faults were known by the management company. But they did nothing to correct them and still gave the same to us to use. 1. The chairs were torn. 2. Bed was broken and curved in the middle which made us very uncomfortable to sleep on. 3. Bathroom shower drainage was a real big issue which did not drain water for a long time. We could not use it much. The management company only gave very little utility even though we were staying for 4 nights expecting us to buy everything and use. We have stayed in many properties. But we have never faced this issue where 2 toilet rolls are provided, 1 trash bag, etc are provided.
