Full private 180sqm Villa - Terrace Jacuzzi - 200m Beach & Sea View

the apartment is like shown in the photos. Absolutely nice and spacious enough for our group of five. 2 big bedrooms upstairs together with a full bath; 1 downstairs with full bath. Bonus was the covered patio that we made good use of. Everything you need is provided. Enough pots and pans, dishes and flatware. There were a few coffee pods left, which we didn’t use (didn’t like the blend). Also tea bags were there but no salt, pepper, oil etc as we’ve found in other places on this long trip. It was raining cats and dogs when we arrived and I asked for some mats to put inside the house so we wouldn’t ruin the floors with wet shoes. They were promptly delivered. This is a great place and I would gladly stay here again, should we be back in the area. Side note, we have an electric car. There is public charging very near by. A 2 minute walk!!

Since it was raining in the beginning of our stay and we needed to wash, it would have been nice to have a dryer, but minor discomfort. The parking space in front of the garage (garage not for tenants’ use and locked) is only big enough for a small car. I saw somewhere in the reviews answers that even a car as long as 4,70m would fit. Ours is 4,35 and did not!! Also a minor discomfort as we always easily found parking. Other than that, nothing negative to report

Superb spacious house with good nearly new fittings etc. comfortable beds, good outside space for us and our dog. Well equipped. Meet and greet was very good and we could park our car right outside. Would suggest some greenery and pottery in the courtyard to complement the high quality indoor environment.

Perfect location near beach and restaurants. Very attentative and great communication , owner and manager very helpful and courteous. The Villa is exceptional in quality fit out, furnishings and spacious accommodation., large living space and very large bedrooms. Highly recommended and would go back. Exceeded our expectations. 5 *

Outside area/terrace needs a bit of TLC

The Villa was perfect for my family, it is a lot more spacious than the picture and in a perfect location to the beach and old town. Joao did a great job in looking after us and explaining everything that was needed, thank you. We will be back again and using the same Villa.
