Villa Kevin by Atlantic Places

The Villa was situated in a quiet location of Albufeira. The views were great from the property. It was specious and accommodates a family. The host was lovely.

Beds were uncomfortable, poor bedding, ill fitting sheets, no mattress covers. Bit of a steep walk to the property for an older person. Property needs an upgrade.

Nice pool, good location, good size villa

Nobody met us upon arrival, self check in. The toaster blew all the fuses every time we plugged it in, some of the mattresses were awful, springs hurting your back. Pillows were old and lumpy. The microwave did not work. The kitchen had a bare minimum of supplies for pepping food, the fridge was not cold. We messaged for support multiple times, no reply. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the entire place, no condiments at all. We were there 10 days, no housekeeping was offered or discussed. This could be a nice villa with very little effort and cost.

Great pool and spacious accommodation. Good location, only 5 mins from Marina and not too far from town centre.

Oven didn`t work well at all. Be nice if there was just one toilet roll upon arrival ;-)!

Gorgeous villa. Very spacious and well equipped. Host very helpful and friendly. Arranged transport for us too. Would stay again.

Spacious. Clean , great set up

The location is ideal, only 10 minutes walk to the old town and beach and only 10 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants in the Marina.

We stayed there in the winter months so it was cold as there was not adequate heating. In warmer times it would be ideal.

Ideal villa for family holiday , few small hills to navigate on 15/20 minute walk into old town , 10 minute walk to marina , pool was very good , staff helped out with any issues promptly

Small bits of tlc needed , front door hard to close , few lights need fixing , ah few cracked tiles on pool steps area , aircon in bedrooms very faulty worked every now and again
