The location was good and close to Old Town. The representative was very helpful, attentive when required and courteous even though there was a language barrier. The place was clean and well maintained for the most part.

There was little in the way of toiletries in the 2 bathrooms and supplies in the kitchen. One of the showers leaked through the wall - the owner was informed so hopefully they fix that. Not much in the way of channels on the TV but we were out most of the time anyway so not a big deal. We were a bit late checking in due to the clean up of the place because of the previous visitors but that was understandable.

Great location enough space for the 5of us

Not so much outside space.

location is 1 short set of steps to main square of bars and shops and about 10 mins walk to aldi & lidl. main bus terminal is about 15 mins walk away. you are in easy reach of main beach area and the marina is about 20 mins walk away.

had to ask about no hot water for first few days which seemed to correct itself on day 3 of trip. also made concerns known regarding ants. 2 evening we found cockroaches in the sink, on food surface, running around cutlery draw. we had to clean all the utensils before we used them. this was not pleasant. the host did come in and provide extra cleaning but this did not fix the issue. i suspect the location of communial bins just up from the property with loads of rubbish lying around do not help the situation and this is most likely a local issue rather than a property issue.
