The villa is absolutely awesome! Very romantic setting, beautiful, nice vibes

The property is new and clean.

The property is marketed as a luxury stay but the feeling is very different. The general construction and materials used look cheap and the private pool is uncomfortable and dangerous, with very narrow passages to move around in the outside area and go inside the room. The bathroom floor is made of tiles immersed in water, drainage is poor and you end up with foam everywhere making things very slippery. The staff is almost non-existent and apart for the introductory part where they explain the house rules you’re not going to see them anymore even if you need them. Breakfast is deceiving, very limited choice and not so great quality.

The room was really nice and well decorated. Simple but clean. The breakfast was great and A LOT of food. The price was great but it was heavily discounted as it was a very last minute booking.

The bathroom is nice but you have to be careful where you are stepping as there is a sort of pool and you have to step in the right place. It is hard to explain but it is nice. Perhaps not good with people with mobility issues.

Breakfast delivery to the deck was lovely. Host explained everything we needed to know about the villa and island. Pool and villa very private and quiet with easy access to the beach. Complementary Netflix and WiFi added bonus. A

We had the best stay! Communication beforehand was excellent, and we were even given recommendations for ferries to take from Bali over to Gili Air which was super helpful. A staff member picked us up from the port and took us to the accomm, where another staff member welcomed us so warmly and gave us a really good rundown of the accomm and the island, along with great recommendations for food, beaches and snorkelling spots. The accomm was soo beautiful, exactly like the pictures, bathroom was stunning, bed super comfy, great aircon, lovely pool and felt super private. Breakfast everyday was delivered to the room and was so good! The communication throughout the stay was so easy through WhatsApp, staff organised anything we needed super quickly, they even organised for us a private snorkelling boat tour ! AND the complimentary bikes were so fun, the best way to get around the island. We loved Gili Air, and we loved this accomm!

We booked this accomm during a booking.com promotion and with substantial genius discounts, so the stay was heavily discounted. As much as we loved it, I’m not sure the value for money would be as justified if paying the intended full price.
