Villa Kayu - Private villas

We loved everything about this villa! It was spacious, clean, safe and in a central location. Super helpful and friendly accommodation managers but we felt like it was very private. Perfect for a family, we will treasure our stay at Villa Kayu.

At first we found the noise from the nearby mosque quite loud because we stayed during ramadan and the call to prayer was frequent, however we got used to it very quickly and came to enjoy it and feel lucky to be on the island during this special time. We were provided with ear plugs etc (which we didn't need). Our kids (8 & 5) slept through it and it was no bother.

Perfect accommodation with new and clean facilities and an amazing staff. The pool contained quite a bit of chlorine, and the smell was noticeable, but we still thoroughly enjoyed it—especially the privacy it provided for our family. The manager also arranged a fantastic snorkeling trip for us, which was another great experience, as well as horses for transportation to the port on our departure day.

Peaceful, calm, private oasis, in what can be quite a busy area. Highly responsive staff, helpful and respectful.
