The Grand Daha Luxury Villas

The Villas are in off the street, so it was nice and quiet and you couldn't hear any of the street noise. The villa was exactly as pictured. The staff decorated our bed with beautiful towel swans, flower petals and a message wishing us a happy Anniversary as we noted we were celebrating our 10yr wedding anniversary. It was great we had the option to be able to cook in the villa if we wanted to, and there were 2 supermarkets right across the road that had absolutely everything to offer, from fresh meat, cheese, delicatessen meets, fresh fruit, fresh juice, and lots more. The staff were amazing, very attentive and willing to assist at the drop of a hat. Nothing was every too much for them. Every morning we left to walk the streets or go somewhere with a driver, the staff would come out offering us a bottle of water to take. We required breakfast early one morning before the usual time frame and they offered to put together breakfast boxes for us which was very much appreciated. We will definitely recommend these villas to friends and family.

Our villa didn't get the sun so the pool was quiet cold.

Amazing place amazing people

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad bij Grand Daha Luxury Villas. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen zijn we ontzettend warm en vriendelijk ontvangen. De service was gedurende ons hele verblijf uitstekend; het personeel was altijd behulpzaam, professioneel en had oprechte aandacht voor de gasten. De villa en het hele resort waren zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Alles zag er netjes uit en we voelden ons direct op ons gemak. Wat ons vooral is bijgebleven, is hoe lief het personeel was voor onze zoon van 1 jaar. Ze zochten regelmatig op een positieve en speelse manier contact met hem, maakten hem aan het lachen en zorgden ervoor dat hij zich ook welkom voelde. Dat maakte ons verblijf als gezin extra bijzonder. Wij kunnen Grand Daha Luxury Villas dan ook van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een schoon, comfortabel en gastvrij verblijf op Bali. Bedankt aan het hele team voor de geweldige ervaring – we komen graag nog eens terug!

The room is big and aircon is strong.

Not so clean, wall needs maintenance, pool is not as pretty as shown from the photo.

Tüm ekip çok güler yüzlü, çok kibar, çok yardımsever, çok iyi niyetli. Mesajlara çok hızlı yanıt veriyorlar, herhangi bir talebiniz olursa gerçekleştirmek için ellerinden gelen tüm imkanları kullanıyorlar. Bali insanını genel olarak çok sevdik. Dışarıdaki karşılaştığımız tüm insanlar, esnaflar, mekanlar güler yüzlü, kibar ve yardımseverdi. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünür müyüz? Kesinlikle evet🙂
