"Nice Stay"

The staff could not do enough for us. They moved us Villas due to the decking around our pool being very unsafe for our young children. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to a villa with tiles around pool. We only stayed a week and it was a nice break. The staff made our stay. They truly are wonderful and couldn't fault them.

A few repairs are needed to the villa we were in. The first villa definitely needs the outside decking fixed. It's a dangerous hazard for adults ans children alike. The lounges in the living area of both villas really need steam cleaning as they're dirty also. In the new villa the bathroom hook was loose in the second bathroom, the bathroom door also did not close either, the lounge chair around the pool was broken too. This did not deter us at all. It was a wonderful place. Please note there is no fence around the pool, just something worth noting if you have small children and they can get out the bedroom doors to the pool area

"Gorgeous villa, beautiful friendly staff,lead by Ari"

Ari and her staff were so friendly and professional, the private villa and pool was perfect size and the king bed was heavenly. Great breakfast selection but my favourite was the Dragonfruit Açaí bowl, which I had every morning.

"You cannot go wrong with this place"

AMAZING service, every member of staff is incredibly friendly and takes the time to ask you about your day or your plans, ensuring you are having a comfortable stay. The villa is clean and well maintained. The location is unbeatable, walking distance from the best parts of Seminyak and accessible to Grabs on Kerobokan road.

The outdoor part of the villa was a bit bare, but I suppose that is the intended design. The iron provided in the room was ineffective and no ironing board, but to be fair we did not request one.

The staff are very attentive, especially Ari. Really helpful with anything we needed, transfers, plans.

Sometimes the hot water goes out but this is to be expected in Bali

Maybe could fix the living room door lock for villa 5 :)
