Genesis villa

everything was splendid. space, amenities, comfort, and amazing views

The cleanliness and newness of the building was the only thing we could manage with.

Faced problems at Genesis villa 1. Too much time waiting in the beginning to open the villa (multiple calls and missed calls despite informing time of arrival at the property) 2. Too many mosquitos 3. No foot mat for toilet, very slippery floors 4. Dirty & torn towels 5. Only two towels for 4 persons & only after asking provided dirty & torn towels 6. no soap in toilet 7. no power in the morning - hence no hotwater for bath 8. no lighter or no match box for lighting the gas stove & also herbal agatbatti 9. No cleaning cloth at kitchen & no cleaning liquid for utensils or tissues 10. no dustbin in the kitchen & the room 11.lot of fruit flies below the kitchen sink

Rooms were very big and tidy

No wifi, location is bit inside

Outside ambience of the villa is quite good

Only one staff is available and thus he is not able to attend guests properly. Room are not clean and not maintained well. Kitchen utensils are very less. Water heater is available in only one toilet. No exhaust is there in the toilet.
