Beautiful 4 bedroom White Villa with Heated Pool

rooms, pool, living room and everything was great and clean! definitely, I will revisit them.

waiting at the gates for almost an hour, because we didnt get the barcodes and no one was answering their phones.

The place had a lot of space.

Everything about our stay was absolutely HORRIBLE. The furniture is very old and dirty. The house was not clean at all. Horrible smell in the bathrooms. One of the beds was broken. Bedsheets and mattresses had disgusting stains. The kitchen is not equipped at all. Overall the house is neglected and badly maintained. Poor WiFi coverage in the house. PLUS we had a horrible experience with the team managing the property. They double booked the house on our final night. At 3:30 AM a big group of drunk people came into the house and walked into our bedrooms while we were asleep claiming they had a booking for the house. They had a key, which they used to enter the house!!!! They were aggressive and hostile. They refused to leave and slept on the sun beds by the pool with their luggage until we called security. We filled a former report and complaint against the owner and the managing company of the house with Gouna authorities. It was a scary incident that we have never experienced anything like before. The management company did not respond to help us with the intruders at all. Our vacation was totally ruined. AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!!

The furniture and a/c were good

Their were bugs in beds and the pool, the amenities were not enough we had to buy many stuff. Also the tv in the master bedroom wasn’t working
