Modern Villa in El Gouna (Private Pool & Garden.)

Everything was good ,nice and spacious double wardrobe in each room All rooms a good size Loved the en suite and extra 2 toilets with showers Living room is big with an open plan kitchen with utensils and a air fryer The pool was really good nice and big We enjoyed our 10 day stay The air conditioning in each room was good cooled the house down Location was brilliant not far from anywhere in elgouna Tuktuk available for a small fee We had our own rental car so was not needed as much The security to get to our place was a reassurance and safe Parking space right outside gate of the house The people there are so nice and welcoming and helpful Will definitely be back There was a black and white cat that would come every-night my daughter would feed the cat milk everyday All in all It was a good stay highly recommend

There was little ants everywhere in the bathrooms especially in the en suite sink after a few days there were bigger ants on floor it was annoying There were lots of bigger ants by the outside near the pool The house the detail is run down definitely needs a upgrade especially in the all the bathrooms Kitchen also would need a upgrade was a bit dated Pool was clean when pool guys came but they didn’t come everyday to clean it should be cleaned everyday We had to pay extra for housekeeping The first night we slept the bedding smelt musty they did change for free after we requested The Air conditioning in the middle room with the double bed was constantly leaking my son found that uncomfortable and annoying water droplets would fall on his head everytime he slept The cupboard in the top bedroom smelt it wasn’t nice and i had no choice but to hang my clothes up The kitchen sink had a leak a few days into the stay they came and repaired it straight away The curtain rails were really bad the top room rail completely fell off we had to put it back on downstairs living room curtain rail fell off as well we had to put it back on

The villa is very well equipped, the overall vibes is nice. Pool was cleaned everyday

Bedsheets might need to be replaced. Looks old yet clean, Could be it is faded. But the whole villa was super clean

Great host, unique location, very well equipped.

The villa is very clean and obviously newly renovated and furnished. There are air conditioners in all rooms as well as the reception and the dinning room. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with new appliances. There is a coffee machine (Delonghi Dedica), an air frier, a sandwich maker, small toaster, dish washer, a large fridge and of course a washing machine. The swimming pool is very nice and someone came to clean it every day. Large towels are provided for each room. The property manager, Joseph, is very helpful and very responsive. The location is great, and the marina is just a 10 minute walk. We would definitely rent this villa again.

Absolutely nothing

There are no gardens at all and the swimming pool has never been cleaned, only before checkout maybe.

*The whole interior design: -The furnishing colors, the lights, the comforting height of the ceiling, the outdoor area,... it's really good as it's in the photos! *Every single detail was taken care of : -the cleaneess of the place, and the pool -There were variety of extra details like : books, welcoming sweets, board games, coffee machine cups, and even a first-aid box,... *The owners and everyone responsible there were nice, answering as soon as they could, and continously following up

-The oven and the refrigerator weren't working!! -The electric utilities there have a 3 outlet plugs, that don't fit those on the wall!
