Cozy, spacious home. We wished we stayed longer to utilize the space! We loved the sound of the fountain wall, perfect weather for the pool.

Beautiful decor

This villa offers three bathtubs, but the water heater only provides enough hot water to fill one tub. When everyone returns to the villa at the same time, it’s impossible to take a bath simultaneously. Even after the hot water runs out, showering only provides cold water, and the water heater won’t refill for another two hours. After complaining to the landlord, their attitude was poor. They claimed to be a top 100 villa in Jimbaran and said no one had ever complained about these problems before. Good heavens! If you give us three bathtubs, you should give us hot water for all three. The villa doesn’t lack water, it lacks hot water, which means their water heater is inadequate and needs replacing. I cannot accept being scolded by the landlord for reasonable usage. After complaining through Booking.com, Booking.com and the landlord couldn’t reach an agreement. It seems the landlord is very arrogant and doesn’t believe there’s a problem with their water heater. Booking.com refunded 1,406,727 IDR in travel points. If you value a good bath, please avoid booking this villa.

Excellent location, beautiful spacious villa

Not exactly beachfront and can be a bit of a walk to get to shops. Note this is a private villa, not a hotel.

Our family recently stayed at this stunning villa, and it was an absolute highlight of our trip. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the beautiful koi fish at the entrance, which set such a serene and welcoming tone right away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive; they gave us a wonderful tour of the facility and made us feel at home immediately. We were particularly impressed by the decor—it was so thoughtfully done—and the private pool was the perfect touch for relaxing and cooling off. A huge bonus for us was the laundry service they provided. It was a massive help to have that taken care of, making our stay even more seamless and stress-free. If you are looking for a place with great hospitality, beautiful aesthetics, and thoughtful amenities, I cannot recommend this villa enough!
