Villa Cologne - 6 BDR Villa, 2 Private Pools & Huge Garden, Walk to the Beach

The staff were friendly, polite and attended to all of our issues.

We recently stayed at this villa and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. While the service staff were responsive and tried their best to resolve issues as they arose, the number and seriousness of the problems made our stay frustrating and uncomfortable. The fridge was unreliable – it either didn’t cool properly or froze our food and drinks, making it impossible to store anything safely. There was no hot water in the shower, which was especially disappointing for a supposed luxury stay. The bathroom had constant problems, particularly with the flushing, and the smell was persistently unpleasant throughout our stay. The air conditioning also failed multiple times, leaving the rooms uncomfortably warm. In the middle bathroom, the cupboard door kept falling off, and the shower head squirted water from the top in all directions – clearly not maintained. To make matters worse, one morning the water cut out entirely for several hours, meaning we couldn’t shower or use the toilets. While we appreciated the quick response from staff when issues were raised, the sheer number of faults made it clear that the villa is in desperate need of proper maintenance. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this property until significant improvements are made.

Location was great - 5 min walk to shops, eateries and beach. Villas very spacious and well equipped.

Some villas had toilet issues but the staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and dealt with issues straight away.

The villa was an amazing spot to stay with friends. We had 13 friends stay and we all loved it. Perfect location, short walk down a quiet ally and you’re in the middle of Seminyak Main Street. The villas and pool was cleaned every day we were there, the property was easily contactable during our stay on WhatsApp. We had a massage in the villa while we were there where 13 massage therapist turned up to massage everyone for an hour at once. Loved this villa, will be back for sure.
