Seminyak Villa

The property was amazing, staff were incredible.

A bit far from main areas and getting a gojek or grab was hard

Excellent hosts and good cooked breakfast every day.

Location was fine but if you want to walk everywhere maybe closer to Seminyak square may suit better.

The hosts were fantastic. We booked last minute and they were quick to have the villa ready. It was immaculately clea , fresh towels provided and a lovely breakfast cooked each morning. It is tucked in some back streets and a few dogs bark and follow which can scare the children but the neighbours were happy to help shoo them away. Smart with netflix was great for the kids.

Just no air-conditioning in the kitchen but isn't a big issue as they provide a fan :)

The villa, the host/housekeepers, cleaniness etc was all great! Morning breakfast was always awesome from Pancakes/Mie Goreng/Indonesian rice/french toast etc plus it always included fresh cut fruit and juice! Location was honestly great - the main stretch of shops with supermarket/resturants is around a 20 min walk so not sure why people say it's too far away. We walked everywhere and it was great, and the airport/waterbom etc are around 20-30min bluebird away. There's also local resturants and massage parlours which are awesome (like 1 minute walk). Aircons in both rooms had no issues, and they have filtered water in the kitchen.

The main issue was the barking dog(s). Some nights it was relentless and just never stopped. There's many dogs around that bark/play and it's fine, but it's one particular one from the neighbour that I am guessing also has the rooster that just doesn't stop. I had a fan blasting at my ear and I still could clearly hear it. We had in-house massages and all you could hear was the dog barking the whole time so it's hard to relax. This is enough for me to not book here again unfortunately, which sucks because this is not the host's fault. This place is a 10/10 for everything except this.

The villa was very clean. Moleh and Puja were amazing. We had delicious fresh breakfast prepared every day and they assisted tracking down my ph when I left it in a grab getting the driver to bring it back to our front door. The driver they recommended was also fabulous. Nice quiet spot out of the hustle and bustle.

A little out of the way but only a couple of $s in a grab and you are at everything you want and need.
