Seminyak Villa

The coziness and cleanliness of the villa. The location was also good.

The towel were not informed when it was changed with the clean one. It didn't look like was given a new one as well. The breakfast was standard. Next time it would be great to ask for the guest preference.

The property was well maintained and the villa staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast every morning was very nice and ready beforehand.

Nothing negative about the property but for location it required a ride in and out.

The rooms were ok.

The person looking after the property, Moleh, did not understand English much and tried to extort money from us for damaging a pool toy when we were leaving. When we told him that we had already pointed out the pool toy as unusable on our arrival, he became violent and we had to call our pickup driver in to witness his behavior. He threw the pool toy at us and started speaking angrily in his own language and we had to run out of the house. It was scary with the kids being there.

The location was a bit off, most drivers couldn’t find us and we also couldn’t walk out to any shops cause there many dogs. We love dogs but they can be unpredictable at times.

Was what I seen online…Staff where lovely..

The dogs barking next door at all hours off the night..I understand that there for security but had Shit sleep getting woken up at 2 and 4 in the morning every night..

I liked everything. The Villa always clean, has everything that we need and sorroundings has very good ambiance. Moleh and Ni luh are superb and kind. They looked after us very well and they always cook yummy breakfast for us. Even Dekno is super friendly and helpful for us. The way Dekno drive is perfect, we feel safe and comfortable. He drove us to alot of beautiful places. Hope to come back soon.

I like everything. Everything exceed our expectations.

The couple providing the service at the villa were fantastic, breakfasts were amazing and the cleanliness to a very high standard.
