Rhodes Demetrius Luxury Private Villa

We’d had a week in a hotel, Eagles nest in Pefkos, then the Demetrius for the second week. The Demetrius was faultless, we discovered a gem. A little isolated, so car necessary, although we discovered more of the island, Haraki being our new go to for meals and authentic Greek atmosphere. Would highly recommend this beautiful villa.

There was absolutely nothing not to like about the Demetrius, outstanding views, great location for exploring Rhodes.

Pleasurable experience right from the start of the slick and efficient booking process, friendly people to deal with, speedy and helpful communication. The villa is in a great location, what a view! Fantastic outside BBQ area and pool.

Stunning villa that was just perfect for our honeymoon. The outside area with private large pool was just incredible with plenty of seating , there is even a fridge and eating area. This is a truly wonderful space. Loved the balcony from the master bedroom that overlooks beautiful Kalathos, to watch the sunrise and sunset with a coffee each day, for us, was worth every single penny. Kalathos has a nice bakery and little shop and tavernas. Very easy bus route to Rhodes town or in the other direction to Lindos, both absolutely incredible locations steeped in historical magnificence. This villa suited us perfectly as Kalathos is a quiet town, used as a perfect base. The villa is on a steep hill, however, we used this as great exercise after all the delicious food, but also if you want the views (which we did), then one needs to be high up. Obviously taxi or hire car can be used if your not able to make these walks. Useful numbers for property management and owner should anything go wrong, perfect blend of being left alone but help, should one need it, just one call away (big thanks to property management woman). All together, our honeymoon was a very special time in this amazing property. Huge thanks to the owners, beautiful Rhodes and all the wonderful people who helped create memories we will always remember. Thank you.

A great villa - amazing views and fantastic outside facilities - the pool, barbecue and dining area. The villa itself was very comfortable. The location is great too - well placed for various really super beaches, Lindos is only a few minutes away and Charaki not much further. The owners were very helpful, checking in with us on arrival and quick to come back on any questions.

Nothing really, if nitpicking, the kitchen equipment was a little eclectic but fine.

It is a very nice house with great facilities, lovely pool and view and ofcourse the lovely host David!

Location almost impossible to reach without car, hence renting a car is a must here.
