Kolymbia Village

Location très bien située sur l'île, en surplomb de la route principale donc à la fois très bien désservi mais pas bruyant. Personnel accueillant et arrangeant. Logement spacieux, fonctionnel et confortable.

We enjoyed the pool as an option to cool off when we were at the villa and we had a lovely view over the local countryside and were able to watch the sun go down. The villa was clean, bathroom, shower and kitchen area very clean and no issues. Bed was comfortable and whilst we have stayed in accommodation with more facilities the kitchen had all of the basics we needed. The Wifi worked well and overall I would say the accommodation was good value for money. The staff on site were excellent, very helpful with local recommendations and answering any questions and the grounds are well maintained, the pool was cleaned regularly.

I would say rather than it being described as a 1 bedroom villa it was more an open plan studio - the bedroom is not a separate room. For our villa we didn't have any outside table or chairs that gave us the opportunity to sit outside for breakfast - I did notice that others did, when I asked about this I was advised I could move the dining table and chairs inside the villa outside - not what I had hoped for, particularly as there was a storage facility on the site that had chairs and tables. No BBQ really, there was a very small outside grill but it wasn't in a condition I would have used. The site is on the main dual carriageway, our villa was on the opposite side so we had no issues with noise or anything it was just the fact you couldn't walk anywhere - anytime you left the site you had to take the car or take your chances navigating the dual carriageway which I didn't think was a safe option.

Unser Ferienhaus lag sehr nah an der Hauptstraße, diese war durch den Verkehr mitunter ziemlich laut.

Definitely need a hire car due to location but that’s fine because we wanted to explore island anyway.

The suite is of a good standard. Clean, cosy and modern. The kitchen is well equipped. Good location but a car is a must. The staff was very cooperative. A few days before arrival they contacted us with important details.

The only thing was the lack of hot water for about two days due to a problem with the water heating system (October nights are cool). But to be fair, i believe it was a spot problem that was dealt with as quickly as possible.

Fantastic value for money, loved the pool and the private space. A car is an absolute must because you can't walk anywhere. Staff are really lovely and communications were very good.

Pool was very cold with no option to heat, which made it a bit tricky with a baby, but it was October so we grinned and bared it!
