Bali Voyage

Everything was great. Perfect location and all facilities you may need was in villa. Pool and rooms were very clean. Staff were always helpful and very kind. We were very happy with our choice.

Location is fantastic, just off Jl Raya Seminyak, close to eat street, shopping etc, but nice and quiet hidden away from hustle & bustle. Nearby Bo & Bun. The manager, Kadek, was beyond helpful and catered to our every need. He really took good care of us. Comfy beds, spacious bathroom in the master, sun beds by the pool. Would stay again but upgrade to the nicer villa in the complex (at the front)!

Pool was slimy on arrival but staff quickly cleaned. Air con in 2nd room broke down but that was replaced on day 2 and we got moved to another villa for a night (other villa was much nicer but booked out so we couldn’t upgrade sadly). Villa needs a little maintenance, a bit of timber fell off vanity in bathroom when we opened it, things like that, but for the price, we can’t complain. The plumbing worked well and the staff were really fantastic and made the stay enjoyable.

The pool needs a good clean as the steps very slippery and bit slimy.

Pool was awesome. Perfect for our small family to enjoy and keep an eye on young kids. Enclosed family area helped contain kids, keep us cool during the day and manage mosquitoes. Bedrooms were generous size with large comfy bed.

Pity about the construction next door going all day. But That’s Bali 😅 Not that close to the beach but an easy taxi ride away. Nothing specific about the property we didn’t like.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The private swimming pool was clean and nice.

The facilities were generally not in good maintenance. Not good value for money: 1. Only a rain shower head was available. No handheld shower head in two bathrooms. 2. The wind from the hairdryer was very weak, hard to use. 3. The lighting in the room was bad. No extra light around the dress table and the chair paired was too low, so extremely hard for ladies to do mark-up or facial skin care. 4. The gate door was hard to close and open. I didn't mean to be harsh but it was really disappointing to me.
