Gedi (onsite staff) was trying to be helpful but he was helpless as property itself was bad.

The pictures are very deceiving. The property is no where close to the pictures. It is old, dirty and outdated. AC doesn't work, water doesn't flow smoothly, water stops abruptly while bathing and using washroom. Doors and windows has gaps, utensils aren't clean, washrooms aren’t clean. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Please trust and read the reviews

Fabulous swimming pool with a large living space Very friendly and helpful staff

The aircon is very bad, it's at least a 25 minute walk to the beach. A lot of gaps between door frames and as a result We had the unfortunate experience of having a snake come into the house when we were there- the staff handled this promptly but this is something the made us nervous and scared for the rest of our stay

The villa is very clean, comfortable and located in a strategic area. Thank you for the reservation team, they are always attentive and fast respond to all our questions. Big thank you for the villa staff Pak Gede who always take care of us and make sure our stay enjoyable 😊

Gede greeted us with a smile 😃. He is very efficient and explained everything thing to us, he genuinely wants you to feel at home and know your surroundings, and informed us that he is available 24/7 if we needed anything, and then left us to our privacy 😊. Jeune homme Magnifique!

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our time at this villa at all. The place was really run down and needs a proper deep clean, particularly in the showers where there is scum and build up. The upstairs shower drain in the bathroom was also blocked, so we couldn’t shower without it flooding and there was this awful smell which I’m sure was related to this. There was no air con (apart from this shotty ceiling fan) in the property so unless you were in your bedrooms it was always hot and hard to relax, and even then, the air con in the bedrooms were intermittent and could have been cooler! The place needs a proper renovation but thank you to the host for otherwise trying his best to make us feel comfortable with the deteriorated state of the property, and always being friendly and available!!
