The property was really nice, it was probably our favourite Villa that we stayed in, in our whole time in Bali. The hosts were really easy to communicate with from start to end. The Villa is located only a couple minutes away from the main Seminyak square if you have a scooter but also if you don't it is within walking distance to restaurants & pubs. Would recommend.

Good location and good villa size.

I booked the breakfast for 9:00am and was served at 10:00am (no one contacted me to warn me about the delay); we could hear the music from the night club all night until around 5:00am.
