The villa in Lonavala was a great stay at an affordable price. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The caretaker was very helpful and made our stay easy.

"Never visit this property"

There was nothing to like about the property. Entire villa is in a very bad condition.

Very bad property. The pics of the villa shared did not match in reality. Owner was very very rude also the care takers were like, “apko rahena hai toh raho warna jao.”. Very unhygienic property. Also the washroom door lock was broken. No pest control. Curtains were very shabby. Even the pool was very dirty with broken flooring. I will never ever recommend any one to visit this property, they are simply fooling the customers for money on top of that the owner deducted 3k from the advance amount for such trash property!!

The price for which I got the property was amazing. Mr. Satnam Singh (owner) is very Co-Operative. The pool could have a filter but rest of the things were good.

The kitchen and utensils were not clean. Pool was not clean but that wasn't their fault, we were last minute booking but adding a filter to the pool would help. Caretaker was asking extra money for using speaker.

worst experiences

- The owner forced us to move to other villa - saying the villa that we booked is booked by some technical mistake of booking.com website and asked us to pay more and shifted us to some ill managed villa where everything broken, molded wall , broken furniture and there was faul smell in one bed room.

Water purifier was newly installed which was working as expected

Nothing much I like. Internet not working. TV connection was not proper. All on off switches were damaged and not working. Chances of short circuit. Geyser not functioning. Water purifier was newly installed which was working as expected Dogs were roaming inside the premises who were looking for food. Glasses broken. It's was under construction and rusted. Need improvement as per price.
