The property is very spacious, 4bedrooms of descent size, 4 bathroom, perfect size pool for family, good descent family room at the beginning, location is perfect, view is superb, 1 small car parking space, there are kind 3 terrace, 1st on 1st floor (balcony between 2 bedrooms) 2nd on 2nd floor 3rd on third floor Availablity of fresh water (RO purifier)

There is no proper facility to cook, lack of utensils, the care taker wanted to charge 500rs for use of gas stove, no toiletries, we had to carry our own towels and soap etc, house walls are very thin, you can Clearly hear other family members talking within the villa. Villas are so close to each other that you get disturbed when they play music or scream and shout. Bathroom are too close that there is loss of privacy (so close that if other villa person opens the window can see the bathroom.

Washroom water pressure is very low. Without asking towel soaps should be available in bedroom.

Calm neighborhood. Pleasant location. Cooperative owner. Responsible caretaker

Doesn't like the idea of collecting extra charges towards using kitchen for cooking.
