"Great Stay!"

Very nice stay, in an amazing place, inside and out! The house is big, with a lot of equipment (washing machine, coffee maker, juicer, tv, etc.). The landscape is breathtaking! Perfect place to get a rest. A big thanks to Debora (our guest) who was so nice! Would very much recommend!!

honestly there is nothing to say! If really I had to make a remark : the chairs around the table are a little bit low, but really who cares when the rest of the house is perfect.

From the first WhatsApp msg I got from the property manger (Debora), until we checked out two days after we were completely blown away from the place, its location (between a volcano and the most beautiful sunsets ever), the hospitality and level of careness, all the extra tourist info we received from Debora and the prime facility itself, this is by far the highest quality of accommodations I found through Booking. Just wow. Yam

Incredibly beautiful place! amazing views (to the sea and mountain) and sunsets. Perfectly designed, clean, and equipped apartment. Deborah the manager was extremely helpful with tips and anything we needed. We highly recommend staying in PicoTerrace which made our vacation in the fun Pico island even more great 🙂

"Beautiful inside and out!"

The view is beautiful, view of the water on one side of the house and the Pico mountain on the other. In a beautiful area and the decor inside was perfect! The staff were amazing and overall we would definitely come back this is the perfect spot to stay in Pico!

Could use a second bathroom, was a bit tough with only one. Could also use a drying machine as there is only a washing machine and drying rack
