Villa Giovanni - Marbella Center - Heated Pool

Better than the pictures! The host was really helpful letting us get food shopping delivered before we arrived, dropping bags off before check in and keeping bags there after check out. Location great also! And so many bathrooms!

The space in the house....the location and the communication before arriving

Perfect villa for a group of ladies .. excellent communication with the owner before the trip who also arranged transport to and from the airport as-well as organising both the paella night and BBQ night! Excellent 10/10

As a previous guest mentioned we also had a visit from the neighbour opposite warning us not to make any noise ! Which was rather harsh as we hadn’t and didn’t make any noise.

Very clean. 12 people accommodation with no problem.

First floor need a heater. It was cold outside and the living, dining and kitchen needed a lot of heat.

Lovely clean spacious villa. Very helpful staff, Rafa couldnt help enough.

Only 2 sets of keys, it could do with a keysafe at gate.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, beheizter Pool ist zu dieser Jahreszeit ein plus, die Entfernung zur Altstadt beziehungsweise zum Meer.

Leider ist das Haus in einer Umgebung, wo es nicht möglich ist mit mehreren Personen mal draußen, beziehungsweise auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und sich zu unterhalten. Die Nachbarschaft droht ständig mit Polizei, auch wenn man mit circa 4-5 Personen um die Mittagszeit draußen sitzt sich ganz normal unterhält, fühlt sich die Nachbarschaft gestört. Das Haus wird für Gruppen bis zu 17 Personen angeboten Leider gibt die Lage beziehungsweise die Nachbarschaft, das nicht hier. Auch wenn man sich im Haus befindet, fühlen sich die Nachbarn gestört. Wir waren eine Gruppe, die eigentlich viel unterwegs war, die selten in volle Anzahl im Haus war trotzdem war es nicht möglich, den Aufenthalt im Ruhe zu genießen. Egal, mit welcher Lautstärke man sich unterhalten hat, haben sich die Nachbarn gestört gefühlt. Dass dort keine Partys erlaubt waren war uns bekannt hatten wir auch nicht vor, was uns aber seltsam vorkam, dass am Tag der Anreise eine Mail von den Vermieter kam mit dem Hinweis falls sich die Nachbarn beschweren sollten, werden wir über Booking COM aus gecheckt.
