Gostei da localização, tem estacionamento próprio.

Não tem chuveiro elétrico, só tem uma cama boa. As de solteiro são extremamente desconfortáveis.

O atendimento que já é à distância é frio e com mensagens prontas coladas no WhatsApp. Não tinha chuveiro quente. O ar condicionado não atingia a temperatura selecionada comprometendo a climatização. O banheiro com saboneteira de parede folgada que não firmava o sabonete. O sistema de acesso é contra-intuitivo com mini cofres onde as chaves ficam, isso pra uma pessoa idosa ou deficiente, esquece! Falta zelo, cuidado e empatia com o hóspede. A sensação é de: "quero o seu dinheiro e tchau!" Complicado.

Localização; contato com proprietário é fácil; passo a passo para abertura do portão e porta é bem didático; ar condicionado com bom funcionamento.

Tampa do vaso sanitário encardida e danificada; não possui revestimento da área de BOX, ocorrendo retenção de sujeira e mofo; microondas não funciona.
