Very nice facility. Large common areas. Has a hot tub and pool. Nice terrace with table and outdoor seating areas. Multiple levels are great for larger groups - we were 8 and that was perfect. Views of the fireworks on New Year's eve are fantastic - you see the entire bay all the way to Naples being lit up with fireworks for over 45 minutes! that was memorable.

The area is nice for great views, but it is a bit outside town so we needed a taxi to go in town. There is very limited options for eating near the villa.
