The villa was very nice and quiet complex ,very near the sea , owners were very helpful and the house was very convenient for two families . Everything was really clean. We would surely visit again .

Everything was perfect, house was very clean and comfortable, also pool was very big , clean and quiet and the beach in a very short distance also host owners were very helpful and friendly . I will surely book again!

During our stay, we encountered two minor issues. First, there was no toilet paper provided in the bathrooms, which was inconvenient. Second, on the second day, we received a message and a call from the owners regarding a noise disturbance that occurred during the first night. We found this surprising since the disturbance was not caused by us. The owners were quick to judge and blame us without verifying the facts.

We are 2 families (3 kids and 4 adults) and we had an absolutely fantastic New Year's Eve stay at this charming house. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful decor. The spacious living areas provided the perfect setting for our celebration, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare a festive feast. The bedrooms were comfortable and beautifully appointed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly stood out was the attention to detail throughout the house, it was evident that the owners went above and beyond to make our stay special. The highlight, however, was the outdoor space. We were able to enjoy a barbecue, play table games and create lasting memories with friends and family. The location was perfect, quiet private neighborhood, nice swimming pool, very clean and modern, just what you need for a peaceful retreat. Incredible sunrise and sunset from the beautiful beach, at just 5 minutes waking distance. A nice playground in the center of the village, very close to the house. Moreover, the communication with the owners was seamless, and they were incredibly accommodating, ensuring that our New Year's celebration was unforgettable. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a delightful and memorable getaway. Thank you to the owners for providing such a wonderful home for our celebration!

Large house with beautiful garden The common pool was large and we had it to ourselves

The location was poor for us as family. Water at Faros beach was turbid and impossible to snorkel. Very quiet neighbourhood without any supermarket in walking distance. beach bar was occasionally closed. The beds were uncomfortably firm and our son insisted he could not sleep in them and ended up sleeping on sofa. The faucets in bathrooms were broken and poorly functioning. The appliances were generally old and poorly functioning. There had not been cleaned under any of the beds. Anyone with dust allergy would have a problem in this property. Too much stuff crammed into the house. Despite the large house it still did not feel spacious. There was a construction site in the backyard (early October 2023) which woke us up between 7.30 and 8.00 some mornings with drilling and hammering. Too few utensils - e.g. only 4 knifes.

Nice, quiet location close to the best beach in Perivolia, Faros. Spacious garden and comfortable living room. Good internet. Friendly and communicative owners.

Only one bath/shower. Although there are many utensils, cookware, and plates, there are no consumables in the house (e.g., some water, coffee, tea, olive oil, pepper, etc.). There was a problem with the property in the first two nights that got fixed by the owners after we contacted them. This should have been checked and done prior to our arrival.

Evrithing was in order, the hosts were very prompt and very helpful if we needed.

Nothing really nothing special 432 euro for a below average experience

The owners had the neighbour spying on us all the time and reporting to them - PRIVACY ISSUE - The owners accused us to have stolen a baby cot because the neighbours-spies told them we did so BUT IT WASN’T TRUE. The owners went to the police to report me as a baby cot stealer upon a false statement of the neighbour! The owners didn’t even bother to check if what the neighbour-spies were saying was true!!! The house is infested by RED ANTS which bite us and the kids all the time night and day we were continuously hitching! The kids still have signs of the RED ANTS bites! I demand to be compensated for this horrible treatment!!! The Ants bites and for the privacy issue!!! 432 euros unjustified!!! I want my money back!!
