Villa in der Nähe des Meers mit langem Sandstrand (durch Strasse getrennt). Sehr schöner Garten und Aussenbereich. Ruhige Gegend, Strandbar in der Nähe. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Eher für einen Aufenthalt im Sommer geeignet. Wir mussten mit einem Elektroofen nachheizen, dabei fiel oft die Sicherung raus. 1 Schlafzimmer nur für Kinder bis ca. 10 Jahre, für Erwachsene nicht ideal. Das 3. Badezimmer im Garten ist im Winter nicht brauchbar. Die Dusche im "en Suite"-Bad ist sehr eng und nur behelfsmässig geflickt.

The host was very kind and helped to us in everything. The House was well equipped, we could cook as well. The beds are Perfect. You can ask you clothes as well so you dont need to bring a lot with yourself.

We could get more towels/person. Some body shower cream would be good :)

Super friendly and attentive host. 200m walk to the sea. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful outdoor space.

Toilet flushing is a bit fussy in the main bathroom

Tiziana was very helpful and friendly, ready to solve various issues. The house has great potential and style, there are some gems in its equipment. The garden and surroundings are pristine. Ideal for summer holiday stays - esp. the outside kitchen and garden and very close distance to the beach. Very nicely smelling linen (o;, very clean inside.

Traveling in winter brings some issues - the house was freezing cold upon arrival (temperature locked inside by blinds) - despite a very warm day of arrival. Bars and pubs nearby closed - despite checking this out with Tiziana. The electricity capacity is insufficient - we encountered partial fuse outages several times a day, even a full house black-out. The AC has not managed to warm most of the rooms; extra fans kept blowing the fuses (the same for a water kettle, dishwasher, and/or oven - despite very strategic use of these). There are not 4 bathrooms as advertised. In fact, there are two inside and one out. The main bathroom inside has "the issue" (as mentioned in previous reviews) of a shower in the middle - you need to step in when reaching the WC - and no equipment available to dry the floor (such as a water trowel, etc.). The outside bathroom was OK for WC, yet the shower space was used as summer equipment storage. (The Welcome package of 2 dishwasher tablets and one toilet paper in each bathroom, plus one extra roll in total, should be reconsidered - not only for bank holiday guest stays - Tizinana was very helpful in sorting this out, yet...) The 3rd bedroom really is a tiny children's room with one elevated and a drawer bed. Generally, the house is not suitable and equipped for 6 adults. Some of these facts were mentioned in previous reviews, so we were kind of ready to deal with these. Yet, lots of improvising needed. More attention to detail and care from the side of the owner would be very benefitial.
