"Good price but waiting at night on the side of the road to be let in…not ideal"

We had some issues (bathroom leakage and shower not working) and the property manager took care of them promptly

When we arrived at night with 2 small children there was no one to open the door for us. We had to wait 30 on the side of the road. We had even been asked to fill up a form (which took for ever to fill in because it was so detailed) and indicate our time of arrival. And yet no one was there. The manager didn’t pick up the phone, nor answered my messages. Luckily our driver was able to call someone who picked up and let us in… The overall state of the villa is a bit run down

Villa was lovely. Would recommend it. Spacious. Netflix on the TV too! Liked that it had a hot water filtered water

No fresh towels.
