Extremely Disappointed – Pool Was Unusable I booked this villa with my family and guests, and one of the main reasons for choosing it was the private pool. To my shock, the pool was completely full of dust for almost two full days of our stay. Only after repeated complaints did someone show up, and even then he admitted there was an issue with the filter. By the time we checked out, it was only slightly better, but still not suitable for proper use. This was incredibly frustrating, especially with a child, as the pool was meant to be the highlight of our stay. Instead, we paid a significant amount of money for a villa that did not deliver what was promised. I feel completely dissatisfied and let down, and I strongly regret booking this property. If the pool is important for your stay, be warned — our experience was unacceptable.

Clean, modern and very nice yard.

The one and only thing was ants. Lot of ants in two bedrooms.

Generally the villa was very nice and well equipped.

We had the downstairs bedroom and it has no clothes hanging space, and little storage space. The downstairs shower room has a towel rail, but no hooks, and very little space to put toiletries on. Also the washbasin plug did not work and the basin was slow to drain. Whilst we were there I was getting up from a sun lounger, and the top end of it broke off, luckily not causing any injury, but it could have. The clothes airer could do with replacing.

Traffic noise due to proximity to main road.

I thought the Villa was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay.

There wasn’t much wrong with the villa. I would say maybe a rubbish bin in the kitchen would help and there was no wardrobe in the downstairs bedroom for hanging clothes, but this wasn’t much of a problem.

Hello everyone Our stay at this villa in Protaras, Cyprus, was a nightmare. The place was infested with rats and ants, even all over the bed. When we reported it, the owner was dismissive and did nothing to help. Avoid this villa—it ruined our vacation .

We liked the location and the amenities the villa had to offer. The beds very good quality allowing for a good sleep. Alexandra was excellent leading up to our departure and also throughout our stay.

Nothing,no issues.

The facilities of the villa and its cleanliness. The staff were very supportive from the very start to the very end.
