AUWe had a drama after accessing our accommodation with codes for both the front gate and front door. These were supplied upon booking with Booking.com. It seems we incorrectly accessed a larger unit than we should have been in, but once again we were at the address provided. Furthermore, my husband and I both only managed to get a couple of hours sleep after sleeping on the hardest and most uncomfortable beds ever. I ended up getting a little bit of sleep on the couch. To make it worse I fell on a step accessing the property in the dark after going out for dinner. I was carrying some luggage and the sensor light wasn’t working. Not a great start to a 3 week holiday. Back pain has subsided after a few days! Didn’t need the aggressive behaviour from the manager as he insisted we were in the wrong unit, but we never received any additional instructions. Saying that the unit was clean and otherwise well appointed.

AULocation was great, close to cafes and hotel for meals. Bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were very modern and clean. Lovely courtyard would be perfect in summer.
Everything was excellent.
