Đến nơi mới biết villa bị overbook, phải chờ rất lâu mới được sắp xếp phòng khác. Căn thay thế nhỏ hơn và xuống cấp hơn nhiều so với hình. Máy lạnh kêu to cả đêm không ngủ được. Kỳ nghỉ trở thành trải nghiệm rất thất vọng.

Hệ thống đèn trong nhà thiếu sáng, nhiều bóng bị hỏng chưa thay. Buổi tối sinh hoạt rất bất tiện. Cửa phòng khóa lỏng lẻo, cảm giác không an toàn khi nghỉ qua đêm. Đã báo nhưng không thấy sửa chữa.

Liên hệ trước khi đến thì trả lời rất nhanh, nhưng nhận phòng xong thì gần như mất hút. Dịch vụ hậu mãi gần như bằng không. Giá thuê khá cao nhưng chất lượng thì quá thấp. Hoàn toàn không xứng đáng với số tiền bỏ ra.

"Rental Scam"

I didn't dare to come to stay at the property because the owner didn't reply to my continuous phone calls and text messages from 10:53 AM the day before (11/23/2022) until 11:46 AM the following day (11/24/2022). Before that the owner couldn't inform me the exact address of the property and gave me the address at a different property instead. When I confronted her she said I could come to either address. As a result, I suspected the property was a fraud and decided to cancel my trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau in the morning of 11/24/2022.
